counties. I have served the citizens of Skagit County as Chief Criminal
Deputy Prosecutor since 2007.
As a prosecutor I have worked hard to keep our communities safe for our
children and families while protecting the rights of those accused of
crimes. A prosecutor is charged with seeking justice. I have a proven
track record of seeking justice by looking at all the facts, applying
the law to the facts, and handling cases accordingly. As a judge I will
act impartially while ensuring that all those who appear before me are
treated fairly and with respect and that their rights are protected.
In addition to working as a prosecutor, I have worked on behalf of
indigent defendants as an appellate attorney. As both a prosecutor and a
defense attorney, I have written numerous briefs and made multiple
presentations to the Court of Appeals.
I am endorsed by judges, law enforcement, victim advocates, prosecutors,
attorneys, elected officials, and community leaders. More information
and specific endorsements are at RosemaryForJudge.com.
