Grant County Superior Court

Position 1

David Estudillo

Legal/Judicial Experience: Grant County Superior Court Judge -- trial judge handling criminal, civil, and juvenile matters. Previously in private law practice for 16 years in Moses Lake and Seattle -- complex litigation involving contract and insurance disputes, construction, personal injury, employment and immigration matters.

Other Professional Experience: Judge Estudillo worked in his family’s small Sunnyside grocery business growing up, performing everything from general labor to accounting work.

Relying on these values every day, Judge Estudillo faithfully follows the Constitution and applies the law in a fair and thoughtful manner. Recalling his own humble beginnings, Judge Estudillo treats everyone with respect. He has earned a reputation for his calm, judicial temperament and articulate decision-making.

Judge Estudillo’s appointment to the Superior Court was based on his professional credentials, statewide litigation experience, personal background, and integrity. He has proven himself to be an outstanding judge – the kind of judge Grant County deserves.

Endorsements: Grant County Prosecuting Attorney Garth Dano, Moses Lake Chief of Police Dave Ruffin (ret.), Sheriff Frank DeTrolio (ret.), Moses Lake Firefighters, Sen.
