Superior CourtSuperior Court judges are elected to four-year terms; they were elected in 2012, and their terms extend through the end of 2016. |

District CourtDistrict Court judges are elected to four-year terms, and all District Court positions are up for election in 2014. Snohomish County is divided geographically into electoral districts; voters elect judges in the electoral district where they reside. See map. Some Snohomish voters elect judges in the Northeast King County Judicial Division, which extends slightly into Snohomish County. There is one contested election there, for Position 3, and it will be on the August ballot. See King County for all Northeast Judicial District elections.
