Judge Swanger has served in District Court for 16 years, as Court Commissioner and Judge. A third generation resident of Clark County, he’s received awards for distinguished service in public legal education and court improvement on the national, state, and local level, and serves on the Washington Traffic Safety Commission. Jim and Mary, his wife of 40 years, have 3 children and 7 grandchildren.
