Statement: A Superior Court Judge needs significant courtroom and jury trial experience, and the ability to efficiently manage large and complex cases. The judge must always try to minimize the time and money incurred by parties due to unnecessary delays in their case. More importantly, the judge must be able and willing to make tough and sometimes unpopular decisions in the interest of justice.

Superior Court is where the most important issues are resolved. I am the only candidate with significant Superior Court criminal trial and appellate experience. I have many years of experience making the tough decisions in the most serious cases that have come before our Superior Court; including aggravated murder, child physical and sexual abuse, rape, robbery, burglary, meth manufacture, and vehicular homicide. I have earned the support of law enforcement, defense attorneys, and judges.

I was raised on a dairy farm, and now live with my wife and children on a farm near Riverside. I know the importance of hard work and diligence. I have worked to protect the citizens of our County and their property for the past 14 years. With your support, I look forward to serving as your Superior Court Judge. Thank you.
