Legal/Judicial Experience: A trial attorney since 1979, Stan has litigated hundreds of cases in Superior, Appellate and administrative courts. By demanding accountability from powerful corporations, overreaching governmental agencies and others causing harm through irresponsible conduct, Stan has protected the rights and liberties of thousands in our community.

Community Service: Current: Board of Trustees, Bates Technical College; Board of Commissioners, Tacoma Housing Authority; long history of service on many civic and private boards and commissions

Statement: Tested, independent and fair, Stan Rumbaugh will bring the values and experiences of Pierce County families to the Superior Court. In his 30 years as an attorney, Stan has handled landmark cases protecting health care benefits for injured workers, legitimate property rights, equal benefits for domestic partners, and accountability against abuse by powerful corporations and government. He will bring balance, a passion for equal justice, and respect for the law to our Court.

Active in our community, Stan serves on the Bates Technical College and Tacoma Housing Authority Boards. He believes in fairness and opportunity for all, in our communities and our courtrooms.
