Statement: I’m Jim Foley and I am running for the Court of Appeals. I have spent every working day of the last twenty –five years in Court. The Law is my life, it is what I know and love.

I am running because I believe we all have to work to make this World a better place. There is so much wrong in our society today. Corporations committing crimes without sanctions. Big banks acting as if the law doesn’t apply to them. The rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer.

The Courts are not a meaningless bystander to all this. The Courts are an essential part of our government and have a serious role to play in making our world a better place. If the Legislature and the Governor won’t do something to fix this, then, my friends it will be up to the courts.

And that is why I am running for the Court of Appeals. Together we can make this world a better place. Together we can begin to right the wrongs. This is my pledge to you. I’m Jim Foley I hope you’ll give me your vote. Hear my daughter's Rap about me at You Tube Jim Foley Rap.
