Superior CourtKlickitat and Skamania Counties constitute a single judicial district. The current incumbent judge, E. Thompson Reynolds, is retiring, creating a vacancy on the bench. There will be a special 3-day filing period August 18-20, and all candidates who file will appear on the November ballot. The candidate with the most votes in that election will fill the remainder of the current term. There will not be a runoff election. This position will be on the ballot again in 2012. |

District CourtDistrict Court judges are elected to four-year terms, and all District Court positions are up for election in 2010. There are no contested District Court elections in the county this year. The incumbent judge, Ron Raynier, is running for re-election without opposition. |
