As your District Court judge, protecting your rights to the fullest extent of the law will be my highest priority. Victims of crime should never suffer in silence and isolation. As a husband and father of two, it concerns me that too often all the attention is placed on the criminal. Our community deserves a judge who will bring honesty, justice and fairness into the courtroom to make our community safe for our children, families and elders. Spend wisely and tell the truth. Put violent offenders in jail. The Pierce County Jail should not be a debtor's prison. Too much space is wasted on non-violent offenses. We must get dangerous offenders off the streets and behind bars to protect us all. I am proud to have served the citizens of Pierce County as a District Court Judge Pro-Tem since 1996. Of all the candidates, I have the most judicial experience. The Tacoma Pierce County Bar Association has rated me Exceptionally Well Qualified. That's the highest rating. I am the most qualified candidate and no one will work harder for you. Honest. Fair. Most-Qualified. |
