Legal/Judicial Experience: Judge Worswick has over 13 years of judicial experience as a Washington State Court of Appeals Judge (2010), Pierce County Superior Court Judge (2002-2010), and Pierce County District Court Commissioner (1997-2002). Previously, Judge Worswick was a prosecuting attorney and police legal advisor for several Pierce County towns and cities (1988-1997).

Other Professional Experience: Attorney, private practice (1982-1997).

Education: University of Washington School of Law, 1982.

Community Service: Volunteer for American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. Helped paint several houses for “Paint Tacoma – Pierce Beautiful”, which paints homes for low-income seniors and disabled people.

Her fair and firm approach in the courtroom, knowledge of the law, dedication to public service and trusted judicial experience reflects Judge Worswick's distinguished service to our community.

Judge Worswick is endorsed by over 125 judges throughout the state, Tacoma Police Union #6, Pierce County Executive Pat McCarthy and Pierce County Prosecuting Attorney Mark Lindquist. She's rated "Exceptionally Well Qualified" by three lawyer organizations. Judge Worswick has earned such broad support because of her integrity, leadership among judges to improve how the courts work, and judicial temperament.

Judge Worswick lives in Puyallup. She and her husband have two children.
