District CourtDistrict Court judges are elected to four-year terms, and all District Court positions are up for election in 2010. Snohomish County is divided geographically into electoral districts; voters elect judges in the electoral district where they reside. See map. Some Snohomish voters elect judges in the Northeast King County Judicial Division, which extends slightly into Snohomish County. There are two contested elections there, for Positions 6 and 7.
