statement: Brian has proven that he can immediately serve as your
judge. As Selah’s Municipal Court Judge since 2004 and a frequent Yakima
County Pro Tem Judge since 2000, he has heard countless cases. Brian
successfully runs Selah’s court and his own practice. Over the last
seventeen years, he prosecuted, defended and judged criminal and civil
cases, served as a Washington Assistant Attorney General, and
represented businesses, individuals and agencies.
Brian understands all sides, is fair, hard working, ethical and will respect your trust.
Married with three boys, Brian volunteers and is committed to the quality and safety of our community.
