Education: Gonzaga Law School; Washington State University Tri-Cities; Columbia Basin College; and Richland High School.

Family: Married; two children.

Judicial Experience: Judge Burrowes has served as a Judge, Court Commissioner and Judge Pro-Tem handling tens of thousands of cases in civil and criminal matters. He is a member of the Judicial Education Committee responsible for training new Judges and the annual training of all Judges.

Candidate Statement: Judge Burrowes has been a public servant for 24 years as a Judge; Prosecutor; Criminal Defense attorney; City attorney and law enforcement officer. He has successfully appeared at all levels of Court in Washington including the Washington State Supreme Court.

Judge Burrowes has demonstrated a passion for legal excellence, community service and commitment to judicial fairness. He has a solid and proven track record as an effective Judge.

Judges of all levels of Court including the Supreme Court support Judge Burrowes. Elected officials, law enforcement, firefighters and prominent leaders of the community have endorsed him.
