District CourtDistrict Court judges are elected to four-year terms, and all District Court positions are up for election in 2010. There are no contested elections on the Clallam District Court General Election ballot. The Position 1 race appeared on the Primary ballot with three candidates. The incumbent judge, Rick Porter, received more than 50% of the votes, so he will appear unopposed on the November ballot. The Position 2 judge, Eric Rohrer, was not opposed for re-election.
