Statement: The people deserve a judge that has experience, understands the community, and gives people that appear before him an opportunity to be heard. David Tracy would be that judge.

JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY: David Tracy’s judicial philosophy is that everyone who comes before the court deserves to be treated respectfully. The courts belong to the people and as such Judges should help them understand the court process, their individual rights and the judgments and decisions a court makes.

David Tracy is experienced. He has heard thousands of cases.
