Washington Supreme Court

There are no Washington Supreme Court elections scheduled in 2009.

Supreme Court justices are elected to six-year terms by voters throughout the entire state. There are nine Supreme Court justices, and Washington residents will vote for three in 2010. The justices whose positions will be up for election in 2010 are James Johnson, Barbara Madsen, and Richard Sanders.
