There are three judges on the Spokane Municipal Court. All positions are up for election in 2009. Judges Mary Logan (Position 2) and Michelle Szambelan (Position 3) are running unopposed.

Bryan Whitaker is running against the incumbent, Tracy Staab. This race will not appear on the primary ballot. It will be decided in the November general election.
