Judge Robert Harris is retiring at the end of 2009. The Governor will appoint a replacement, and that person will need to run in 2010.

One position on the Clark County Superior Court will be up for election in 2009. The incumbent of Position 10 is Scott A. Collier, who was appointed to the position by the Governor in September 2008; he is unopposed for election.
