Snohomish County Superior Court

Judge James Allendoerfer has announced that he will retire, effective July 15. That will result in an election for a replacement, on the November ballot. Story in the Everett Herald.

A special three-day filing period will be held after the August 18 primary, for those interested in serving the remaining three years of Judge Allendoerfer's term. Story in the Everett Herald.

Edmonds Municipal Court

The position of Edmonds Municipal Court Judge is up for election in 2009. The incumbent judge is Douglas Fair; he is unopposed for re-election.


 

Everett Municipal Court

There are two judges on the Everett Municipal Court. Both positions are up for election in 2009. The incumbents are:

  • Position 1: Timothy B. O'Dell
  • Position 2: David C. Mitchell

The incumbent judges are unopposed for re-election


 

Marysville Municipal Court

The position of Marysville Municipal Court Judge is up for election in 2009. The incumbent judge is Fred Gillings; he is unopposed for re-election.
