The position of Auburn Municipal Court Judge is up for election in 2009. The incumbent judge is Patrick Burns. The incumbent judge has filed for re-election; he is unopposed for the position.
There are two judges on the Federal Way Municipal Court. Both positions are up for election in 2009.
Williams Jarvis, Mark Knapp, Rebecca Robertson, James Santucci, and Matthew York are challenging the incumbent, Michael Morgan.
