63 Kitsap County Bar Association members participated in our 2009 Judicial Preference Poll. In the race for Bremerton Municipal Court, 46 (78%) of those who specified a first choice named James Docter. In addition to ranking the candidates in order of preference, members were also asked to rate candidates as "Highly Qualified," "Qualified," or "Not Qualified."
