A former Assistant Attorney General and former President of the Washington State Bar Association, Justice Fairhurst is extremely committed to public service and ensuring access to justice for all citizens. Having Justice Fairhurst on the Washington Supreme Court will ensure that all parties receive an objective evaluation of their case.

Justice Stephens was appointed to the Supreme Court by Governor Gregoire a few months ago to replace now-retired Justice Bobbe Bridge. She has an exceptionally strong resume and has been given high marks by multiple bar associations for her intellect and understanding of the judicial process. She clearly respects her role on the Supreme Court and is looking forward to restoring the legacy of past justices from Eastern Washington.

Washington Conservation Voters has endorsed Judge Robin Hunt the Division II Court of Appeals, a seat which encompasses Thurston, Kitsap, Clallam, and Jefferson counties.

Washington Conservation Voters has endorsed Judge Robin Hunt the Division II Court of Appeals, a seat which encompasses Thurston, Kitsap, Clallam, and Jefferson counties. Judge Hunt has been serving on the court for 12 years (2 terms). She has extensive criminal and civil experience, including time as a Land Use Hearing Examiner. She will be a fair and impartial judge.
