Superior Court

65 (out of 216 eligible) Kitsap County Bar Association members participated in our 2008 Judicial Preference Poll, for a participation rate of 30%. In the race for Kitsap County Superior Court, 47 (75%) of those who specified a first choice named Greg Wall, 15 (24%) specified Jeanette Dalton, and 1 (2%) specified Bruce Danielson. In addition to ranking the candidates in order of preference, members were also asked to rate candidates as "Highly Qualified," "Qualified," or "Not Qualified."

Court of Appeals

Members were invited to rank and rate appellate candidates, too. In the race for the Court of Appeals, Judge Robin Hunt was a clear favorite, with 97% of participants who specified a first choice candidate naming her.
