Attorney in private civil practice (1979-present); Prosecuting Attorney, Garfield County (1979-1989); Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Lincoln County (1989-1999). Grant has been privileged to serve as the District Court Judge for the past eight years. Respected by his peers, he has presided over District Court as a visiting judge in ten other Eastern Washington counties and has a proven record of treating all parties with respect, courtesy and fairness. Believing in the value of education, Judge Grant instituted Student Traffic Court in Lincoln County and holds District Court probation violation hearings in area high schools once a year.
