Sans has successfully represented thousands of families who have relied on him to help them and their children during some of the toughest times of their lives. Sans’ 15 year private practice emphasizes family law, real estate law, and debtor/creditor law. Sans has been a pro tem judge for the Thurston County District Court for two years. Sans is also a certified Guardian Ad Litem. Sans is a sergeant major in the Army Reserve and he is very proud to have over 30 years of combined active and reserve duty to his credit. Sans energetically assists low-income families through his work at the Thurston County Volunteer Legal Clinic and pro bono representation.
