Phil Kratz

Thurston County District Court

Position Two

Phil KratzExpertise, Strength, Fairness and Compassion. As your District Court Judge, I will bring all of these qualities to the bench. As a Pro Tem Judge, I’ve presided over both criminal and civil trials. As an attorney I’ve practiced criminal defense, criminal prosecution, civil and family law. I’ve proven my commitment to my fellow citizens with twenty years of military service and eight years as a public defender. I’ve provided free legal services to United Community Aids Network (UCAN) clients for ten years and have been recognized for my fairness and compassion. District Court is the People’s Court and you need a judge for the people. As your judge I will protect your rights and freedoms. I’ve worn a uniform for my country for 20 years, now it’s time for me to wear a robe for my county! Allow me to continue to serve you when you vote November 4th.
