Division One, District One
Judge Ann Schindler was elected to her current term in 2002. Judge Linda Lau was appointed to her position in 2007. Both of their terms expire at the end of 2008; they are both running unopposed for re-election.
Division One, District Two
Judge J. Robert Leach was appointed in January 2008, and his term expires at the end of 2008. He is running unopposed for re-election.
Division One, District Three
There will be no Court of Appeals elections in this district in 2008.
Division Two, District One
Judge Elaine Houghton's term expires at the end of 2008. She is running unopposed for re-election.
Division Two, District Two
Judge Robin Hunt received more than 50% of the votes cast in the August 19 primary, and she will accordingly appear on the November 4 ballot unopposed.

There will be no Court of Appeals elections in this district in 2008.
Division Three, District One
Judge Kevin Korsmo received more than 50% of the votes cast in the August 19 primary, and he will accordingly appear on the November 4 ballot unopposed.

Judge Stephen Brown's term expires at the end of 2008. He is running unopposed for re-election.
