Washington Supreme CourtAll Supreme Court justices are elected by the entire state. There are nine Supreme Court justices, and Washington residents will vote for three in 2006: |

Position Two: Norman Ericson, Michael Johnson, Stephen Johnson, and Richard Smith are running against the incumbent, Susan Owens.

Position Eight: John Groen is running against the incumbent, Gerry Alexander. This race will be decided in the primary election.

Position Nine: Jeanette Burrage is running against the incumbent, Tom Chambers. This race will be decided in the primary election.
