October 11 — Recently, the Chelan-Douglas County Bar Association conducted a judicial preference poll for the Chelan County District Court judicial race. The four candidates who filed for the position are Allen Blackmon, Tony DiTommaso, Nancy Harmon, and Stan Morse. The poll requested voters to indicate if they felt the candidate was either qualified, not qualified, or the voter had no opinion. In addition, each voter was requested to select the candidate they preferred to be elected as the new Chelan County District Court Judge. The results are as follows:

Allen Blackmon 38 28 30 5
Tony DiTommaso 74 14 8 44

The Bar Poll was conducted by a committee consisting of Charles D. Zimmerman, the current Chelan-Douglas County Bar President, and past presidents Steven W. Woods and Jay A. Johnson.
