General Election: November 7

Supreme Court: In the primary election held on September 19, two of the Supreme Court contests were decided: Gerry Alexander and Tom Chambers each received more than 50% of the votes in their races, and so they will both advance to the general election without opposition on the November ballot.

There remains one contested Supreme Court race, for Position 2 on that court. There were five candidates running for that position in the primary election; Stephen Johnson and Susan Owens will appear on the November ballot in a runoff election. All Washington voters participate in Supreme Court elections.

Court of Appeals: All of the contested Court of Appeals elections were decided in September.

Superior Court: There will be one Superior Court election on the November ballot. This will only affect voters in Thurston County.

District Court: Voters in seven counties will have District Court races on their ballots.
