Washington Supreme Court

All Supreme Court justices are elected by the entire state. The November ballot will present a runoff election for Position Two.

Court of Appeals

 

Division Three, District One

There will be no contested Court of Appeals elections in this district this year. John Schultheis is running unopposed for Position 1.


 

Superior Court

There will be no Superior Court elections on your ballot in the general election.


 

District Court

There will be four contested District Court elections on your ballot in November. One position was effectively decided in the primary.


Position Two: Sara Derr won more than 50 percent of the votes in the September primary, so she will be running unopposed on the November ballot.

Position Six: Five candidates ran in the September primary. The two candidates with the most votes – Debra Hayes and Mike Nelson – will appear on the November ballot. The incumbent, Harvey Dunham, did not receive enough votes to proceed to the general election.
