LEGAL/JUDICIAL EXPERIENCE: For the past 6 years, Lorrie Towers has regularly served as Pro Tem Judge for Snohomish County courts, including: Lynnwood, Bothell, Edmonds, Marysville, Lake Stevens and Arlington. Lorrie also has 14 years of experience as prosecuting attorney for multiple Snohomish County cities, earning a reputation as a fair, but firm prosecutor. While in law school, she obtained a limited license to practice law and worked for the Attorney General’s Office. Lorrie is an experienced trial lawyer whose background also includes family law and general civil practice.

Candidate Statement: Over 6 years as a Pro Tem Judge, I am committed to upholding our constitution, treating everyone fairly, holding offenders accountable, and ensuring that our community’s safety is not compromised. As prosecutor in Everett District Court for over 8 years, I will use that knowledge to improve case management and access to justice. Endorsements include: judges; prosecutors; law enforcement; and attorneys in the community. I live in Mukilteo with my husband of 26 years, and two daughters. I volunteer at my daughters’ school and serve on the school board. I have the judicial experience, commitment and passion to serve you.
