LEGAL/JUDICIAL EXPERIENCE: My judicial experience includes serving as the Judge for the City of Kittitas Municipal Court for the past nine years, and serving as Judge Pro Tem in Lower and Upper Kittitas County District Courts. I currently serve as the Prosecutor for the City of Cle Elum, and have previously served as a Deputy Prosecutor for Kittitas County. Additionally, since 1996 I have maintained a private law practice in Kittitas County, representing individuals charged with crimes throughout Washington State.

Candidate Statement: My varied work experience as an attorney in Kittitas County since 1990 uniquely qualifies me to serve as the Judge for Lower Kittitas County District Court. As an experienced judge, prosecutor, and defense attorney, I truly appreciate the importance each participant serves in the administration of justice. In addition to my courtroom experience, I have attended the National Judicial College, and I have served on the Washington State Bar Association’s Criminal Law Committee. Locally, I participated on the Ellensburg Arts Commission, the Kittitas County Substance Abuse Board, and I serve on the Board of Directors for the Catholic Credit Union.
