Candidate Statement: Becoming Jefferson County's District Court Judge would be the culmination of a career spent in public service. My prior work experiences within prison systems, DCFS, and schools have given me a perspective unique to criminal justice, allowing for a balanced view of those who would appear before me. As a deputy prosecutor for thirteen years I have a reputation for handling large caseloads efficiently and being tough yet fair. I’ll bring those same qualities to the position of District Court Judge. Endorsements include the Hon. Mark Huth (Jefferson County) and the Hon. Anna Laurie (Kitsap County).
