In those years he has gained valuable experience and an excellent understanding of constitutional, legislative, and case law. He will continue to administer justice in a knowledgeable, fair, open-minded, courteous, consistent, and efficient manner. He firmly believes in treating each person with respect, considering each issue carefully and impartially, and rendering a proper verdict based upon the facts and the law.
