OPTIONAL INFORMATION: Lived and worked in Garfield County for forty-one years. Involved with Pomeroy Public Schools as teacher and administrator for twenty-eight years. Served many years on Garfield County Human Services Board; also served many years as chairperson of local Boy Scouts organization.

Candidate Statement: Garfield County voters have elected Paul Miller six times as District Court Judge for four-year terms because justice has been served appropriately. In those years he has gained valuable experience and an excellent understanding of constitutional, legislative, and case law. He will continue to administer justice in a knowledgeable, fair, open-minded, courteous, consistent, and efficient manner. He firmly believes in treating each person with respect, considering each issue carefully and impartially, and rendering a proper verdict based upon the facts and the law.
