LEGAL/JUDICIAL EXPERIENCE: Arbitrator and Judge Pro-Tem for Chelan, Douglas and Grant Counties and Judge Pro-Tem for City of East Wenatchee Municipal Court. Experience as prosecutor for City of Wenatchee.
OPTIONAL INFORMATION: Past President of the Chelan-Douglas Bar Association and in 2002 was Volunteer Attorney of the Year. Currently he is president of the Chelan-Douglas County Volunteer Attorney Association and the State Bar Association Rules Committee. Past member of Law Examiners Committee and Ethics Committee for Washington State Bar Association. Married for 27 years to wife Debi, we have four children and one granddaughter. Helped coach children's sport teams.

Candidate Statement: As a good listener I will take skills that I have developed over the years on both the prosecution and defense side of cases to serve the citizens of Chelan County. I will do my best to follow the law as it is written and interpreted by higher courts. My experience along with good working relationships with peers and strong work ethic make me feel well prepared, ready and qualified to serve as your future District Court Judge. I am ready to make fair and impartial decisions. I want to be Chelan County's next District Court Judge.
