Dan LeBeau

Statement: Dan LeBeau is the Chief Deputy Prosecutor for Whitman County and the Colton Municipal Court Judge. Mr. LeBeau has litigated criminal cases from misdemeanors to murder and has also handled many civil and family-law matters. His current responsibilities include: felony sexual assaults, internet crimes against children, leading the domestic violence unit and supervising the District Court Deputies. He also supervised the felony Drug Court and Juvenile Court, helping to guide people to more productive, crime-free lives. Dan LeBeau has over 13 years of service to Whitman County and the experience to be a fair and impartial judge.
