Education: GU-BA 1974; Gonzaga Law School 1988, Washington State Judicial College(X3), Citizens Police Academy

Community Service: President, Law Enforcement Museum; Central Lions Club; Honorary Commander, Fairchild Air Force Base; Former Exchange Club, Spokane River Association and Camp Fire Boys and Girls.

Statement: A lifelong Spokane resident, Randy Brandt brings extensive life, business, legal and judicial experience to the bench. He became licensed in Real Estate in 1974, Escrow Officer, then Attorney in 1988. Serving as Judge Pro-tem for ten years, then Court Commissioner for seven years, Administrative Law Judge for two years then District Court Judge for five years. He was elected Presiding Judge by his peer Judges. He brought efficiency and innovation to the Court. Randy represented the District Court in the early stages of Criminal Justice Reform and received the Distinguished Public Service Award from Spokane County.
