Statement: My 22 years of legal service in Washington State has
been varied. I am best known for my work in personal injury, but I have
also always been the guy to call to get basic information about almost
everything. I frequent District Court and have helped people in nearly
every type of action in District Court. I love the challenge of
examining facts and considering them with a critical eye. District Court
is about people. I am about people. If elected, I stand ready to do the
job well. The most important responsibility for any judge is to be fair.
The most important skill is the ability to listen. No matter the outcome
people deserve to know they have been heard. You have now heard me. I
thank you for that.
