Division One

Court of Appeals judges serve six-year terms, with approximately one third of them elected each two years.


Division One, District One

(King County)

District One elects eight judges; Positions 4 and 7 will be on the 2016 ballot.

Beth Andrus is the Position 4 incumbent. She is running for reelection without opposition.

Marlin Appelwick is the Position 7 incumbent. He is running for reelection without opposition.


Division One, District Two

(Snohomish County)

District Two elects two judges. No positions will be on the 2018 ballot.


Division One, District Three

(Island, San Juan, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties)

District Three elects two judges. There is one open position, and five candidates are running: Cecily Hazelrigg-Hernandez,  Lisa Keeler, Rita Latsinova, Roger Leishman, and Tom SeQuine
