Community Service: During my years practicing law and since
elected, active in civic and community activities serving on boards and
committees of various non-profits including United Way, Goodwill
Industries, Boy Scouts, Lourdes Medical Center and Tri-Cities Cancer
Center, Kadlec Regional Medical Center and Pasco Kiwanis. Served 10
years on Washington State Judicial Conduct Commission.
Statement: Born and raised in Pasco, I am a lifelong 3rd
generation resident of Franklin County. With my wife of 32 years, Maria
Roozen-Roach, I have five grown children and 2 grandchildren.
It has been an honor to serve as Franklin County’s District Court judge;
