Thurston County District Court
Position Two
Thank
you for reading all of the statements for this position. I am not part
of the well established web of influence in the local legal community.
Married for 35 years, seventeen years ago I agreed to scale down my
legal career to focus on raising our daughter, now graduated with honors
from Black Hills High School and South Puget Sound Community College. I
proudly served six years in the U.S. Navy, attended The Evergreen State
College and the University Of Puget Sound School Of Law. I have 23 years
of legal experience: Private Practice, Thurston County Prosecutor’s
Office, Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, City of
Yelm Assigned Counsel, and City of Rainier Judge Pro Tem. This position
is an excellent opportunity for me to protect and serve the men, women,
and children of our community. In my courtroom you will be heard and
treated with respect.
